It had been a very wonderful experience since day one. Duygu provided me with the briefing before my arrival in addition to making all the hotel arrangement including luxurious transport for my family and I. Upon arrival at the hospital, Duygu greeted us in front of the hospital main entrance. We were very honored and warmhearted with the whole service and her hospitality. The registration and briefing for the hair transplant were done very professionally. Procedures were explained in details and the whole process conducted by a group of very skillful and friendly professionals were flawless. I was very impressed that Duygu was never out of sight and was always there to make sure everything went right and that my family and I were comfortable. The results were amazing!! They were better than expected. It was worth every single penny - the hospitality, services, clean facilities, results and I was so happy that I ended up with another treatment - dental. It was a wonderful experience throughout my stay . I was in contact with many clinics but metropolmed was the one i chose.special thanks to Sanam she explained me everything beautifully. Everything was arranged before my arrival. They provided me luxry transport from airport to hotel and from hotel to clinic. Staff was very friendly. On the day of my transplant Emel took care of me.She explained me everything before the procedure began. I will recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to have a hair transplant. The total package was good. The doctor and team was good. They did maximum graft and treatment was as promised. HOwever, On the next day after the surgery ,I did not have the translator as promised and communication was very hard and the first washing also was not properly/hygienically.I was worried about the way I was treated on that day. But, post care via phone was great. I still have some discomfort on my donor area and the remote support is great! I hope the support continue as promised.! I would recommend MetropolMed.
